Before reporting a timekeeping issue, please try this:

If your watch loses a few minutes per day:

  • Wind the crown 20-30 times
  • Give the watch a good shake
  • New watches often need proper winding to work properly
  • Wear the watch all day after this procedure

Note: After following these steps and wearing your watch throughout the day, the problem should be fixed!
